  Item just as described. Quality OEM parts in new condition. Great communication from the seller!! Only issue was the amount of time it took to arrive but this was due to USPS and not the seller as the parts were shipped quickly but were somehow significantly delayed by USPS. Otherwise , great seller with very reasonable prices!!

  Good seller. Item as described. Good communication. Post office delivery was terrible. Held my package at 1 stop for 6 days. Seller communication was great, after I informed him. I gave him 5 stars for shipping time. I give the post office a negative if I could review them.

  Purchased 2 genuine Toro new 137-4832 front 8 inch drive wheels. excellent high quality parts. Red Rock Turf sold them to me for a fair price. The wheels were a stocked item and were shipped the very next day. wheels were well packaged and arrived with no damage. wheels were super clean and looked new fresh out of the box appearance! I can't say enough good things about these folks! Will most certainly be buying future OEM Toro parts from Red Rock Turf!

  Advertised as original Briggs parts, received 1 aftermarket part and 1 original Briggs part. Sellers listing says it’s original parts and then it also says it’s import parts it’s conflicting I only read the two different spots in the sellers ad that said they were original genuine Briggs & Stratton parts turns out only one of them is original genuine parts. The other is a knock off. seller should clarify their ad. Seller was hard to work with for a refund

  I PAID THE EXTRA 5.00 FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING, SELLER SHIPPED GROUND. I CONTACTED SELLER, GOT AREFUND, NO COMMUNICATION, NO SORRY WE MESSED UP! PUSH RODS WERE SHIPPED IN A SIMPLE PLASTIC BAG, NO PROTECTION FROM GETTING BENT. POOR JOB ALL AROUND. WORST PART WAS THAT THE DEALER WOULD HAVE HAD THE PARTS IN 2 DAYS, AT THE SAME PRICE.

  We use a 3rd party shipping company and sometimes it does not show the buyer paid for priority mail . I did email the buyer apologizing for the mistake as soon as I refunded the the $5.00. The push rods were wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed in a bubble padded envelope for protection. We try really hard but some people you just cant satisfy unfortunately
