I had cancelled a return request in regards to another issue, and decided to contact eBay about this second issue. eBay issued me a full refund without my having to return the laptop to the seller. I felt rather bad about this (getting a laptop for free), so I contacted the seller, and was able to return the unit to them. The seller generously sent me another laptop, even though I had been fully refunded. Thank you.

Unfortunately there were no equivalent iPhone 6's so the vendor upgraded the replacement and sent an iPhone 7 instead all at no additional cost to myself. Quality, condition and appearance have all exceeded my expectations for a grade B. Excellent customer service highly recommended eBayer 110%
