The equipment should have been in a sealed plastic bag, but it was not. Styrofoam packing disintegrated in transit, so 100's of tiny pieces got inside the equipment ports and vents. Advertised as open box, which Ebay defines as including, "accessories found with the original product". It's missing FM antenna, Wifi antenna, calibration microphone, USB cable, I have messaged twice in the past 5 days, with no reply.
