  Unfortunately this was not an exact fit and my hubby had to modify the top of the radiator to make it work in my van( said it fit my 2007 town & country not quite though). The radiator is a high quality with no plastic parts which is what we were looking for. When I contacted customer service I got an immediate response and they worked with me for a partial refund that was satisfactory to me. Great customer service!! Excellent packaging! Fast shipping! ☺️

  I place this order on June 9th It is now June 18th I have only received half of the order and not the radiator which is the most important... I get some piss poor excuses as to why I have not received my purchased item... FedEx tracking shows labeled was made but shows that they have not received the package to send out for delivery. I did not understand how the seller has no negative feedback I cannot imagine I'm the only person that this has happened to this is unacceptable.

  Dear customer, as soon as we received your order, we uploaded the shipping number and packed the parcel. However, the logistics company failed to update the shipping information. Such a situation rarely happens to us. After learning of your requirements, we immediately sent you a new radiator and apologized to you. We have been actively working to solve this problem for you, but we still received negative feedback. We are really helpless!

  Seller was able to give me a partial refund even though I accidentally ordered on accident. They responded very fast and refunded very quickly. I will order from them now!
