  The item I ordered was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it had become damaged during transit, even though the seller's packaging was excellent. This seller stood by his product completely and gave me a full refund with full apologies. I highly recommend this seller. Although it's disappointing that my purchase was damaged, my experience with this seller has been exceptional.

  Receiver arrived as pictured and described, thank you! Unit was double boxed, but not packed very snuggly. Successful, but I wouldn't buy an electronics item from again because the packing should be better and not allow movement up and down inside the boxes. I'm thrilled we got lucky this time though! Best of luck in the future.
