  The radiator is brand new, just as described. It came in sealed, in its original package. It is an OEM quality part. No damages found upon inspection. The communications with this seller are butter smooth and crystal clear. The price is great. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

  Good quality product at a fair price. Unfortunately the item did not fit my vehicle however, seller did accept the return and issued a full refund. Seller also paid the returned shipping cost. I would buy from seller again, he guarantees his products, communicates well to resolve any issues if they arise. They are a great and honest Ebayer.

  Item delivered but was defective out of the box. I initiated a return with the vendor and they instructed me to keep the defective unit and refunded me in full. I was bummed about the part being defective but the customer service was great.

  Received tilt ad trim but had oil leak. Sent a msg to them. I received a call back from them that day informing me that they will be sending me a replacement within couple days I received replacement tilt and trim and UPS shipment label to return failed Item. Installed and working fine. Very impressive with the service they provided and the urgency.
