  Although the packaging was flimsy, and the dome light lens was broken, "Real Cool Surplus" was very gracious about the grievance. I contacted them through the proper channels and the next thing I knew, "Real Cool Surplus" had given a full refund! Also, they were very apologetic for the problem. Even though all of this was what seemed like a problem, "Real Cool Surplus" will be one of my go too vendors. Thank you for being a champion as a e-bay Vendor. God Bless, Great Job!

  The controller that I received is exactly what was described, and the quality is even better than the photos in the listing.
