  The stereo unit works well as described. However the Canbus Decoder supplied was the incorrect one for my car. The seller was happy to reimburse me for the cost of the correct canbus decoder. Very satisfied with the communication and customer support. 5 stars for this seller.

  10/10 Service!! Seller was very communicative and extremely informative and helpful! I had not initially looked at the specifics of the face plate for the tablet and needed a different plate for my type of Camry, including a different harness to be adaptable with my JBL audio system; At no additional Cost!! The shipment was in a super timely manner and everything came included as stated in the description; I definitely plan on recommending them to anyone thinking to upgrade their radio system.

  Amazing customer service. Whenever I had a question or issue they would usually answer within 24 hours with a solution. For an issue I had they even asked for feedback on the solution, demonstrating that they are always trying to improve customer service. I have had issues with the machine, but again they answered me quickly on this and the issues were due to what was described in the description so can't complain really and they were resolved.
