  Excellent seller of genuine, quality medical orthotics. Prompt communication & delivery, helpful & reasonable seller. Beware other eBay sellers of branded medical orthotics at suspiciously low prices - the actual product sent may not be the one in the photo! Yet eBay said they “didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy”. eBay’s policy flouts 2015 Consumers Rights law, which says all products on sale must be ‘as described’

  The foot support/boot arrived very quickly, well packaged and fit for purpose. Without it, I was struggling to move around but as soon as I was able to use it, I manage general duties and mobility much more comfortably. Tremendous value for money. A highly recommended vendor. Thank you very much.

  Wrong item was sent (probably because seller did not know the difference between the two items on sale - communication not good with seller - no real response to my explanation. Asked for a free return but did not get that.
