  Item came undamaged however the box wasn't the best condition when it arrived. When I bought the item it said "new". The item was previously used. Original packaging tape was cut and new rc controller batteries were already in controller and they gave me 2 AA Duracell batteries in the bag that do not come with rc in "new condition. The item works like it should so far. I really didn't get a chance to run it a lot. Thanks again.
