  Ordered brand new 5 P.C. engine mounts for a 2010 Chevy Impala the quality of the items look great( look at pic) super great value, the items arrived very fast Except it was missing two parts . We contacted the seller and he got back to me right away.   After I had ordered and paid for the shipment , half my shipment ended up being out of stock. The shipper worked with me readily and refunded my money for the missing half of the shipment. Very friendly and very easy to work with. I would order from this company again.

  I ordered motor mounts for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. They came with no heat shield, as shown in the picture. I was told I could return them and request a return label, but I never received the return label. They take your money in seconds, but now you have to wait for them to send a return label and for them to receive the parts back. So, you're out of your parts and money. How hard is it to send a return label?
