  Apologies to the seller. I thought I was being scammed since tracking showed “awaiting item” for a week, and I’ve been hit with the print-a-label-and-wait scam 3–4 times just this past month (all on purchases $500-$2000) Seller actually dropped it off Saturday but USPS never scanned. Card arrived safely, exactly as described, and for a great deal. Honest seller — thank you! Again I apologize over the situation entirely.

  Seller was excellent in working with me to cover the cost of cleaning due to receiving the item with waxy substance along the zipper line. The seller made these efforts without being prompted to and also acted quickly with the solution. This shows that Customer Service is very important to this Seller and that they actually care about keeping their customers satisfied. I am overall pleased with my purchase and with my experience with this particular Seller and I will shop with them again 👍🏼👍☺
