  This is an Exceptional Seller, Arrived safely. It was really well packaged. This seller is very honest, after purchasing he noticed a little dent on the lid. He gave me the option to either cancel the transaction or he would offer a partial refund. Of course, I accepted the partial refund. He is definitely an ASSET TO EBAY..   As described, arrived in surprisingly good condition, unbroken, which is a minor miracle given the 'optimistic' packaging. It was sent in a box with the lid affixed to the side, leaving half of one side completely unprotected other than a couple of wraps of bubble pack. To send a fine ceramic item thus is brave at best. If there was a rating for packing quality, it would be 1 star or less.

  I’m sorry you had a issue with my packaging not sure if the box has been damaged in transit as you can see from all of my previous reviews I take pride in packaging

  Item/s as described, fast dispatch/delivery, outer packaging box was quite damaged (see photo's) when I collected the package, but thankfully the items inside were well wrapped and protected and undamaged. highly recommended. Many thanks.

  Item arrived as described. Packed very well. Postage was within the quote. The item paid was of good value. I brought these as a crystal wedding anniversary present for my husband. The quality of the glassware is that they are well made and will make a good addition to my glassware. Seller was great to deal with and no problems.

  The postage was reasonable as was the very effective packaging. The item was exactly as described and has a beautiful wood grain which I have just Beeswax polished. Having taken advantage of the vendors kind offer regarding the price, I am very satisfied with the value of this item.
