  Rare item in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. Pictures match received item. Great value for money. Original manufacturer's box was surrounded by suitable padding and shipment arrived in good condition. Delivery was even faster than estimated (2-3 days early).

  Thank you for going above and beyond - seller managed to assist with next day delivery on a Saturday which allowed me to receive the item before my dad's birthday. Packaged perfectly, exactly as described and a very fair price for the item. Thank you again, my dad is chuffed to bits!

  I'm super happy with my purchase. The item was sent to me well packaged and included detailed information, including contact details if I had any issues, which I obviously don't.   What can I say! Postage very reasonable, packaging excellent and it's a beautiful model, the description doing it every justice. It actually runs very sweetly without any hesitation. For a professionally built model, it was priced most reasonably and I didn't hesitate when I saw the listing. Top seller, top item! I'm well chuffed (no pun intended).

  The shunter is in excellent condition as described. However, your choice of courier ROYAL FAIL would stop me from buying again. It took multiple emails, visits to my local sorting office and my local Post Office. All in all over three hours spent trying to get this parcel and the irony of it is the delivery person was two doors away and looked ar me as I pulled off our driveway. This is not the first time I have had problems with what is probably the most inefficient delivery service in the U.

  WELL IVE BEEN SELLING SINCE 2001 AND HAVE ALWAYS USED ROYAL MAIL, AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY ARE STILL THE BEST AND I'VE HAD MINIMAL PROBLEMS WITH THEM NOT LIKE OTHERS I'VE USED OVER THE YEARS, YOU MUST HAVE A S**T POSTMAN FOR YOUR AREA, OR HE DONT LIKE YOU, AND AS FOR YOU NOT BUYING FROM ME AGAIN, I WON'T LOSE ANY SLEEP, REGARDS.
