  Mug arrived late but in wonderful shape. It was very well packaged. (Thanks) Just as described and a great value. Seller communication was out of this world. Raven was able to get this package going when USPS could not! She asked about the problem from her post office and sent the information to me and kept me up to date several times. She really went to bat for me and got good results quickly. What a trooper! I am forever grateful.
