  Item was significantly delayed to a point where I assumed it had been lost or potentially delivered to the wrong address (more than 10 days after despatch). I contacted the seller who offered to send out an immediate replacement, despite it being no fault of their own. However the game unexpectedly arrived shortly after and I informed them of this. The item received was new and in seal so exactly as described for a great price. The seller was very quick to answer and resolve. 5 stars all round!

  have purchased from this seller dozens of times now and never had a complaint for them so its difficult not to keep saying the same things about them but... great service, items properly and securely packaged, always come as described, within the time frame and on the rare times i communicate with them for clarification their replies have been courteous, polite and quick. great stuff, thoroughly recommended, my #1 store to purchase from on ebay.

  Arrived well packaged and as described - looks in good condition/quality. Whilst seller doesn't offer online option of registered/priority mail and relies on standard mail (which can be frustrating) - item arrived within 3 weeks of purchase (ok given run up to xmas). Not sure recourse to seller if was lost in mail. That said given good value good seller.

  Delivery can take a very long time (about two weeks) but the record arrived in perfect condition just within the timeframe and it was well packaged and otherwise perfect. When chased about the delay, the seller responded super quickly so really no problems at all on that point. The seller has some great records for sale so I guess the long delivery time is part of the deal and their business model to keep overheads low and prices low but I will use them again.

  First off, the seller was brilliant in my purchase. The item hadn’t arrived for a few days after it said it would so I contacted them, and got a full refund in 2 days. Only for the item to then arrive literally the day after!! So I got back in contact and we had the situation sorted in another day. As for the book itself, I’m thoroughly enjoying it (as I do the sequel) and the book is in brilliant condition - as described, brand new!! And I felt a good price as well, so I highly recommend!!

  The picture showed no box, so I was unsure whether to purchase but it's actually the proper item in box brand new and at a great price. I ordered before release and they sent it straight away when it came out and answered my message quickly prior to buying. Great service and best price.
