I contacted the seller and was offered a replacement. I was then informed the seller did not have any keyboards. They felt confident in sending as a replacement, so offered me a full refund without requiring me to return the keyboard that did not work. Unfortunately the sell did not work out, but I highly recommend this seller for good communication and customer satisfaction.

After a brief period, they asked if I would like a refund, or to wait while they still attempted to locate the item in their stock storage areas. They refunded my money, and I told them that when they located the item to message me and I would be happy to purchase from them at that time. Very nice people. I will keep my word.
