  Brand new unopened packaging. Superb value and the taste is excellent---great. Looks just as described. excellent communications with handling as USPS did a number on us. Overall still a 10 --was waiting for this bargain. 5 stars on shipping as they did there part. Something going on with USPS as of late..

  FedEx is an inferior delivery service that shouldn't be used by anyone. They delivered my package to the wrong house, then it appeared a few days later with no explanation. Not the sellers fault though, the actual item arrived as described.

  I purchased two packages of spin brush replacement heads. The sent ones different than I ordered. I sent a message letting them know. They responded that the package was delivered. I sent back saying that I got them, but ask how I could get what I ordered. They ask me to send them back and they would refund my money. I ask for address. They said it is in the ad. I look and the only thing in the as was Troy, MI. I told them this. They sent back saying yes we are in Troy, MI Not worth the effort
