When it arrived, I ran it through a thorough hardware check which it passed with flying colours. Postage was rapid; it arrived in good protective packaging ("Air Paq"). There were a few minor marks, entirely as described, but they seem to have done an excellent job with the new screen. Top marks: would happily use again.

This is no reflection on the seller who I regard as top notch. I had plenty of updates letting me know what they knew about the delivery status. A full refund was given before the ebay guide lines. On ebay sellers show their true colours when things go wrong and this seller is among the best.

Very good tracking info and delivery from DHL. The laptop was packaged very securely. Upon opening it, it appeared brand new despite being refurbished. I've spent all day setting it up and messing around with it as you do, and it performs like a new laptop as well. What a bargain. I wouldn't hesitate to use RapidIT again. Thank you!
