  This item purchased on a Saturday & cancelled within minutes. Seller claims it was too late to cancel. Totally feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I guess the customer has no RIGHTS with this seller! Item certainly wasn’t packed, addressed & ready when I cancelled.

  This was an honest mistake, I saw this cancellation come through on the day of on my cell and I did accept the cancellation - I thought this was handled but apparently it was incomplete. I didn't realize this was still uncancelled through the holiday but I issued the full refund as soon as I saw it hadn't been processed.
