  I got the package, but this seller is new to eBay and doesn’t know how to send a tracking number. I hope they figure it out before they sell anything else. I asked for a tracking number three times and got no response.

  The item shipped fast and arrived in good condition. The packaging was a little underwhelming, as the lithium battery was only wrapped in newspaper and then put into an envelope. As for the item itself, it is as described, but not accurate to the photo provided on the listing page. The battery is not a genuine Nintendo one, but rather a third-party unit. The performance is still great, but it would have still been nice to have that disclosed.

  OEM quality battery as described. Correct screwdriver size in the kit. Plastic pry tools were poor quality, but this is what came in the OEM package so not the seller's fault. Great seller. Arrived quickly and minimal shipping cost.

  As advertised. This seller is great. I accidentally ordered the 7A battery instead of the 7 Pro. I messaged him to ask if it would still work. He said no and immediately offered to essentially trade for the correct one -- no charge. Great experience.
