  The item arrived on time. I was not satisfied, although the photo looked pretty close to the image on my screen, but as you know screens present different degrees of dark and light as well as contrast. I contacted Ramos Photo Store and explained that it seemed washed out. There was absolutely no problem. I was sent a new photo which was very nice. I was also very nice of them to provide great service.

  Item arrived on time and luckily in great condition. It was slightly protected by a single piece of cardboard. The tape around all edges was so thick, I had to feel for the photo to know where to cut without harming the item purchased. The seller did a good job of writing “Do Not Bend” which USPS ignored … the photo is not harmed but no thanks to the USPS, which struggles spelling logistics, much less comprehending the process.
