  Slashing the cost of ink jet printing! Seller promptly answered my ARC chip question and kept me informed of the status of order throughout the transaction. Would have been delivered on time as USPS had it in plenty of time but didn't deliver until the next day so the delay is on the USPS not the seller! Product was exactly as described. Will start using these as soon at current cartridges run out. Excellent service in all regards. Thanks ralezaink!

  I bought the same thing from this company before. It was a great product and priced right. Through no fault of theirs, the USPS lost the first delivery and took nearly two weeks to deliver. The second and third deliveries arrived in about 2-3 days. Great service! Great product! I'll reorder, which is the best compliment you can pay a company.

  Everything was all scattered in box. Very poor packaging. Luckily nothing broke inside. Was also late with no updates whatsoever which left me in wondering what was going on. Then after the product never came on time I sent the seller a message that he never answered. Obviously this seller doesn't care enough to package the right way or return messages. Oh but he was very fast in taking my money! Stay away from this one. There are plenty of other merchants that sell the same products and care...
