It did *not* have a power cord, although, I might've missed the fact that was not included; so I will not hold that against the seller. Notably, I had some questions to ask (I'm newish to Ebay) and they provided some clarity for me. I would consider buying from RAKI Computers again if I ever needed another FoundryVTT server.
