  The item (a Dell OptiPlex 9020M) arrived to my house as it was described; it was packaged well with a thick layer of bubble-wrap covering everything. It did *not* have a power cord, although, I might've missed the fact that was not included; so I will not hold that against the seller. Notably, I had some questions to ask (I'm newish to Ebay) and they provided some clarity for me. I would consider buying from RAKI Computers again if I ever needed another FoundryVTT server.

  The condition of the lights was as indicated and the packaging was very functional to protect them from shipping damage. These lights should work well and was a good price. Will be pressing them into service right away. They shipped out quickly but the chosen shipper ended up with a two week delay in transit.

  Easy to work with, fast and easy transaction. Shipping was fast and prompt. Item arrived well packaged and in good shape. Shipping cost was a bit on the high side, but I think we've been spoiled with "free shipping". I would definitely buy from this seller again.
