  Original arrived damaged and leaked all over packaging because neck of bottle snapped off due to inadequate packaging. Rather than return and refund, vendor offered replacement which took an unacceptable time to arrive, and when it did arrive the cap was slightly loose and some leakage again. The packaging was inadequate for the potentially corrosive flux. Clearly the supplier does not do 'learn'.

  Extremely disappointed!!! Advertised as Disney brand. Arrived from somewhere overseas, it is horrible quality and clearly fake. Seller should be disappointed in themselves for misleading customers.

  This camera had a minor fault on replay. I contacted the supplier and within 12 hours had a personal response from Mr Raivalri who spologised for the problem and offered me a full refund which I received in 3 days. Despite the camera problem the Customer Service was excellent. Many thanks. Norman Moore (Wales,UK)

  Good delivery item is packaged nicely, only slight thing is it isn't quite as pretty as the pictures, there are not many flowers in it so a but would definitely use the seller again.

  The item was well packaged and secure. It is very soft. The only issue was there was a two inch hole in the neck, but I was able to sew it shut and you can’t see it anymore. No fluff came out so that’s good. The shipping was quick and the item is sold out so this was a great value for this item
