  delay in getting item through post but after one email the item arrived and seller sorted issue so over all would use this seller again

  I bought over ten days ago , when I purchased it gave a lead time of upto 3 days I waited 6 before contacting supplier, but no reply at all , contacted again as I know see the item is out of stock , glad it was only a few quid , I wouldn't mind the delay if I was kept informed, but no communication from seller is bad , wish I would have just chucked the money out my bedroom window at least I would have had the joy of watching it bounce around when it hit the ground , bad seller !!!!

  This is actually false. We posted the item out and at £2.95 it is not sent as tracked. We therefore put trust in royal mail delivery it andthe buyer marking at received. Sometimes items get lost in the, the buyer contacted us and we replied (was a day late as we were closed) and we refunded the costs. Does this make us a bad seller? (check out our high feedback score) or maybe this person enjoys trying to ruin someone because because erroes are not allowed. hmmm
