  Item was as described. Price was great. There was a delay on delivery, but it could possibly have been because we had better cold temperatures during that week and that it could cause a delay so I’m not blaming the shipper for that.. would do business again with the seller A++++

  I ordered Pravana hair color. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. When I went to remove the contents, the product had oxidized. I contacted the seller to let them know, they asked for a picture, I sent a picture, then, nothing. No response at all. I feel their customer service is inadequate.

  Ordered 3 toners and 1 developer which equals 4 items. Didn't receive 1 item but seller had tracking info because all the other items were sent in 1 box. So I didn't get 1 of my items and I didn't get a refund. I suggest ordering from a different company because items I did receive didn't seem authentic.
