  The seller kept up with the communication, especially when i was having trouble changing my address. The product got delivered in a matter of a couple days. The product was as described: new and mint! Definitely worth the money, since the battery still has life in it despite 20years of being sealed.   Unfortunately, the item wouldn't function. After contacting this vendor, on how to proceed, he went ahead and issued a full refund to me. All-in-all an excellent transaction, in my opinion, as packaging was first rate, shipping was just fine and communicate was 5-star. Things occasionally go awry, but the situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this vendor with confidence. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

  Excellent communication and response. Shipping costs were very reasonable, and it was well packaged. The stand mixer was as described and included many parts that will be great to use.
