  I had a bit of a hiccup with the parcel getting lost in the post, but I have to say that Alex was absolutely brilliant and sent me a new one that arrived within 24 hrs of our first contact !   Works great, just like all my other Ampro antennas. Sadly, when it arrived, the 'triangular' section box was broken in two places. I opened the box whilst the courier (UPS) waited, so that I could check if the antenna was damaged, but it was OK. The courier admitted that all his parcels had got wet that morning. Not great. I've had several poor experiences with UPS, and I wish that big firms would stop using them when they're shipping my stuff
