  The seller was making promises on his website that he failed to keep so I chased him up about it and then he gave me another day the following week Tuesday as luck would have it it was delivered he also mentioned that he was having problems with couriers

  Didn't have the one I ordered in stock, but was given an upgraded item. Unfortunately, due to this issue, the item got missed off the shipping forms. Once I contacted the team asking where the unit was, the error was spotted and the unit was shipped express at no extra cost.

  I placed an order for this item but never received any communication to say it was dispatched. I waited 4-5 days after the estimated delivery date just in case, but had to request a refund through eBay.

  Have to be completely honest. Was so close to leaving negative feedback. Seller clearly doesn't have item pictured in stock and then offers alternative as replacement which I reluctantly had to accept due to need 12u rack. The first delivery came damaged and had to refuse delivery. Replacement came quick which was fine.
