  The wrong item was sent, so, at first, I tried to exchange it for the correct one... no response! Then, I changed my mind, and decided to get the refund instead, and opened a return request... then, I was asked to do it again, so I was forced to open it a second time. No response after the action was taken, then I sent a third and final message about the return and the refund, and still no response! And now, I can't get the refund back at all! I am very, very dissatisfied!
