  Shipping was very quick. The packaging was lacking as there was no padding included to protect the item in the box. While there were vague pictures showing the cosmetics of the item, the description was not very explicit in what was damaged/missing. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

  I do not remember much about the shipping of this package so I can’t tell you anything about that, but when I did receive him he was packaged well in a box my cats later enjoyed. He was as described I do however wish the seller told me that the plush was stained. Overall he looks to be of great value (if we ignore the stain.)

  This item was exactly as described. The value for my money was exceptional. The item was in almost perfect condition. Shipping was as advertised and it was just a blanket so the packaging was as expected. It reached me by my grandson's birthday so I am extremely happy with my purchase.
