Heute ist QXM Electronic ein globaler Großhandelsanbieter von In-Car-Elektronik wie Innovationen wie Auto-Multimedia-Player, Autoradio-Receiver, Auto-CD-Player, GPS-Autonavigation und Fahrzeug-Rückfahrsystem. Wir haben eine 6.000 Quadratmeter große Fabrik und ein Handelsunternehmen. Wir konnten auf diesem Weg von der kontinuierlichen Unterstützung globaler Distributoren profitieren und sind bestrebt, gemeinsam mit globalen Distributoren zu wachsen.

Items were shipped separately so there were multiple deliveries to my address. Some of the radios were missing audio connectors. Some of the radios were faulty. I reached out to the supplier with pictures of the faulty radios but never got a response. I would not recommend this supplier. I've had way better experience with other suppliers.

Unfortunately, the seller's English communication skills leave a great deal to be desired. It took 22 emails to get things resolved. I felt like I was dealing with a very low grade Artificial Intelligence or a very cheap translation device. Were things resolved to my satisfaction ? No. I am sure that the seller is a fine person, but, they should stick to selling within their own language areas.

They don't know the details of the product they were selling, they were argumentative about accepting a return after proving their product did not work in the way I specifically asked about prior to making the purchase. I ended up having to pay for shipping the return even though the item was not as described....incompetent and crooks.
