They were polite and honest and the products they sold were legitimate and was what was demonstrated in the photos. The packaging is very safe and secure and straight from Japan in which is great for those wanting authentic items. The price was worth it for the item due to limited availability and quantity along with the quality being astounding. The shipping was faster then what was the expected date.

  Initially, when I bought this, the seller informed me that it was soiled and unsuitable for delivery. They helped me out and got me a refund for it. I bought it again a second time, and after purchase, they immediately let me know about a stain on the tail (that was also already stated in the item description). Their professionalism is definitely one of the best on eBay. I would definitely buy again from them, if the chance arises.
