  This item was delivered as explained by the seller. The only downside is it did not come with the tray scale, so I was fortunate enough to find one on eBay and ordered it. I was given them five stars across the board, but was bummed there was no tray scale in the packaging

  I received a very different size of shoes than the one shown in the ad, when I contacted the seller he accepted the return, however I am traveling outside the U.S.A. and I need the address to be able to make the return and there is no response from him. It is frustrating that they send you something that is not what you asked for and then have more problems to return it, this seller is definitely not recommended.
