  The item was packaged very well even though it was not the part I ordered. I understand that these things can happen cause I work in shipping warehouse so I called them and the gentleman who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and he corrected the issue and sent out the part that day and expedited the delivery. I’d definitely purchase from them again A++++ service and overall good experience.

  Excellent purchase, very user friendly manual for the exact year and model. This is three manuals in one so it’s a huge value. Seller was great communicator, delivery the first time was fast but to the wrong house. I contacted seller immediately and affirmed my address was correct but delivered to wrong address, in two days seller sent another and I’m very pleased.

  There is nothing better with any car, but particularly with an older/classic car, than to have the manufacturer's service manual. I sent this as a gift and the recipient and his son were blown away by the degree of information that was available in the service manual. The manual appeared to be brand new and the cost was extremely reasonable. The seller's communication was fantastic and the seller was able to ship it very quickly. I would not hesitate to do business with the seller again.

  As described, prompt shipping via 2 Day FedEx as promised in listing (which now means it arrives on day 3 - it was in town and 'out for delivery' at 10am on day 2 but ultimately 'not attempted/not delivered' and returned to the warehouse because it was too late AT 4 PM! - really?). Happy will seller, FedEx not so much.
