  The item was packaged very well even though it was not the part I ordered. I understand that these things can happen cause I work in shipping warehouse so I called them and the gentleman who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and he corrected the issue and sent out the part that day and expedited the delivery. I’d definitely purchase from them again A++++ service and overall good experience.

  As described, prompt shipping via 2 Day FedEx as promised in listing (which now means it arrives on day 3 - it was in town and 'out for delivery' at 10am on day 2 but ultimately 'not attempted/not delivered' and returned to the warehouse because it was too late AT 4 PM! - really?). Happy will seller, FedEx not so much.

  Was hesitant to order a manual in its electronic form. But the item was packaged with care. It arrived in excellent condition with no damage. Product worked as advertised without issues. Great value without the sizing of bulky paper manuals. Would definitely purchase from this seller in the future. Highly recommend others do too.
