  Absolutely amazing service! The original package disappeared with no tracking updates from the courier. Contacted seller after eta had passed & they sent out a replacement immediately which has now been delivered! Lifesaver - can't sell alcohol without this!!   I ordered the Pizza Hut and the packing was ridiculously poor careless and of course the teapot was broken but I got in touch with them and without any questions asked they replaced it the next day. The fact that it was so poorly packed and I reached my hand in to get the teapot and cut. My finger is probably my own fault but again the only thing you can say that’s good about the experience if they replaced it without question the next.

  Great little item. The seller despatched very quickly, then EVRI went and lost it, the seller then sent another via Royal Mail . 100% communication with seller. I will be using this company again. 10/10 for customer service. Pleasure to do business.

  Really pleased with the tea pot and use it every Sunday at our coffee morning at church. I wasn't too happy about the conflicting emails I was receiving from Ebay. There were 11 in all advising of different delivery dates and different delivering agencies. EVRI, a parcel company, then EVRI again...I didn't know if the date of delivery was what the seller had advised or actually a WEEK later. NOT the sellers fault ...
