I was super chuffed with these guys. The chairs were brand new as described and look amazing. Good communication throughout and then the delivery was the best delivery I think I’ve ever had! They text to tell me what day they’d be coming and then rang in the morning to tell me the time and gave me a 30min text warning. The boys were so friendly and even took the packaging away with them. Thank you so much!

While I experienced a significant issue with my initial order – the sofas arrived in very poor condition (dirty and damaged) and delivery was delayed – I am updating my feedback because the seller did take action to resolve the problem. They promptly accepted the return and have processed a full refund without any further issues. Although the initial product quality was unacceptable, I appreciate the seller s responsiveness in resolving the situation with a refund and return.
