  Had to pay£1.50 to Royal Mail as the sender had paid insufficient postage. It was advertised as free postage. Would not recommend this seller and will not use Ebay again and will order from Amazon. Seems no point in contacting seller(see previous reviews)

  They sent the wrong colour and I’ve messaged but had no reply I have paid for an item in a certain colour and to receive a different one with no communication regarding this is not good

  Ordered a week in advance for it to be delivered in time for a party, was then told unfortunately none in stock so want a refund to then be told “oh we found 1” apparently a delay with Royal Mail and will post in 1-2 days a whole week later they finally post and now it’s no longer needed and I have to pay for a return!! Avoid this seller
