  Item received was not quite what was described by seller in listing. I contacted seller to request a 50% refund. Within hours, kind seller responded with a complete refund which did not entail my returning the item. Excellent customer service and the item was securely packaged and quickly sent.   This is quite a package of items--almost everything a Bob Braun enthusiast could want, representing a good value. The assortment is just as described. The book is an excellent read and and in great condition as hoped. Records are typical condition for their age, but are mostly for their collectibility. CD is excellent and includes "Till Death ..." as well as many great songs by other artists. Everything was packaged carefully and arrived safely. Highly recommend seller. A+++++

  set arrived horribly damaged the seller contacted me right away literally in a matter of minutes and said they'd issue a full refund its sad about the set's condition but the seller's quick response time and polite attitude in addressing the situation i feel earns them positive feedback i'd be willing to try buying from them again if they ever list something that interests me
