  Item was in pristine new condition as promised. Since shipping was international, it took 3 weeks from placing the order to arrive, but the seller was great at communicating this with me and providing a tracking number so I could see where my package was at. The game I received was not the complete collection with both expansion packs as described, but again the seller was very easy to work with to correct the mistake and make things right.

  The package arrived broken (see image), and the game was in fact not new OR unused. However, great communication by the seller and I recieved a refund without having to send the package back. He explained that "these" (Sims 3 expansions, I presume) were a bit of a hit or miss and he apologised. I would still recommend, but to be aware that these mistakes do happen.

  Excellent. I ordered this item which was swiftly dispatched. However, I didn't receive it because Royal Mail managed to lose it in the postal system. i contacted the seller and they offered me the option of a replacement, which I accepted. I selected two games as replacement which were again swiftly dispatched via a tracked service. Unbelievably Royal Mail managed to lose those games as well !! The seller then offered a refund. Definitely not a seller issue, it's a Royal Mail issue. A+

  Game arrived fast and in brand new and sealed condition just as described. Seller was very communicative. I think package could have been a little better protected but other than that everything was great. Would buy again, thank you!

  Seller sent the wrong item I ordered but when I contacted them responding very quickly and fixed it fast and I got the correct I might I say most fast also. Great Seller.

  Top seller. Really good communication and very fair. Had an issue with the Steam code not redeeming but Steve did not cause a fuss and communicated excellently. He offered a fair resolution. Will definitely use again in the future when looking for games.
