  This company basically dishonestly took my money. I purchased a baby doll for my Granddaughters birthday on Jan 6. I asked for a tracking number January 10. I didn’t receive a response until January 12. They stated they didn’t have the tracking number. So what does THAT tell you? Tells me it never shipped. I told them that and then asked them for my money back. It was then that they decided to cut off communication with me. This is a dishonest company and should be banned from eBay.

We even reached out again after the refund was issued, but didn’t receive a response. Given all of this, we’re disappointed to see negative feedback.   Item was sent untracked, never arrived, month later contacted them, no replies. Had to open a dispute, ended up order being cancelled. Why not tell me from the start? Waited a whole month and a half for the item. Makes me wonder why even sell.

  It is exactly what I was looking for. I tried to shop local but wasn't able to find the clear dish rack from Rubbermaid. I am happy I found one online. This brand lasts a long time. Shipping and delivery were fast. Packaged well.
