I could not locate the keys for the box, they were taped to the bottom and I had to flip it over. Not giving 5 stars because we have not used the product yet so so I can not speak to the durability of the box. It was exactly what we needed and I could not locate one in the U.S. The shipping is a little pricey but it is big and coming from UK. It was PACKED WELL and NOT damaged
