  Fantastic sellers. Order came within 24 hours, exactly as listed: brand new, in original box, with British plug! Machine was faulty so sellers replaced it, but thoroughly tested the next one before sending it to me, even made a detailed video of the test! Best service ever!

  I’m giving five stars for the excellent service though I returned the machine as I thought I was purchasing a discontinued model (as in the old style picture) and not the latest version. The seller was quick to reply to my message and sent a free return label and immediately refunded me, all within 24hrs. They have now updated the picture so that it’s clear that they are selling the very latest version of pixie. I was delighted with the service provided.
