  Item was broken partially due to packaging and probably poor handling from the postal service. The reason for Neutral is due to lack of communication from seller. No response to my message, not even an I'm sorry that happened. Refund went through but would have liked to know he read my message asking him how he'd like me to proceed. Sad transaction for us both.
