  Excellent communication. Packaging was great ,however there was breakage in shipping (no fault of the seller) who is replacing 3 chipped cups anyways. Seller has great inventory for this pattern and I will buy more from her. The cups and saucers were as described and the value is great. (This pattern is still available to purchase by a German online retailer for a lot more money and shipping costs!)

  It was a pleasant experience. I had no issues. I just wish I could have purchased all in one step instead of 4 separate transactions. My first inquiry wasn't answered. It turned out okay. I was refunded some on the shipping. Shipping was very fast. Overall a good experience
