  Sent wrong package to adress, wrong item, I done the right thing and posted the package to rightful recipient, I have sent pictures as evidence of doing so to then be told my package had still been dileverd, sent image of said package (withe time and date stamps) from home surveillance clearly showing different size compared to the package scan surveillance footage they sent me
