  I had some initial issues with the bike and I believe the time zone issue affected our communication lag. The seller s were quick to help fix and clarify any issues I had with the ebike. They even sent me a knew front disc brake. My biggest issue was with the installation of the front wheel. Some parts looked damage in shipping but the seller assured me that it would not affect the safety or durability of the ebike. The seller was very helpful in providing solutions to my problem.

  Delivered in only three days. Some minor assembly is required. I had a couple of problems and reached out to the supplier who addressed my issues quickly and efficiently. This bike exceeds all of my expectations. It is fast (if you want it to be), but I haven't had it long enough to review reliability. Every single ride someone comes up to me and remarks how cool it is. I would buy from this company again.
