Seller gave options on what I could reasonably request of the seller. I chose to get a refund (that specificly described item I ordered is what I wanted) and the seller complied and withdrew the purchase invoice almost immediately (effectively not drawing money from me and also voiding the purchase). I was very pleased in communication and handling of a voided purchase.

Emails just suggested I contact supplier or another courier who hadn’t even been passed the package at that point!

Contacted seller about the damaged one,. Got a prompt reply for pics. After sending the pics seller asked if I wanted a replacement or refund , I chose refund since it was just a spare. Seller actually refunded to entire order! 5 stars!

The item was well packaged and in very good condition with minimal signs of wear, and works flawlessly. I was surprised that the item came with some thermal paste as a bonus. You can't really ask for any more at such a great price. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
